JILID IV: MAZMUR 90--106 Allah, tempat perlindungan yang kekal
Mzm 90:1 Doa Musa, abdi Allah. Tuhan, Engkaulah tempat perteduhan kami turun-temurun.
Mzm 90:2 Sebelum gunung-gunung dilahirkan, dan bumi dan dunia diperanakkan, bahkan dari selama-lamanya sampai selama-lamanya Engkaulah Allah.
Mzm 90:3 Engkau mengembalikan manusia kepada debu, dan berkata: "Kembalilah, hai anak-anak manusia!"
Mzm 90:4 Sebab di mata-Mu seribu tahun sama seperti hari kemarin, apabila berlalu, atau seperti suatu giliran jaga di waktu malam.
Mzm 90:5 Engkau menghanyutkan manusia; mereka seperti mimpi, seperti rumput yang bertumbuh,
Mzm 90:6 di waktu pagi berkembang dan bertumbuh, di waktu petang lisut dan layu.
Mzm 90:7 Sungguh, kami habis lenyap karena murka-Mu, dan karena kehangatan amarah-Mu kami terkejut.
Mzm 90:8 Engkau menaruh kesalahan kami di hadapan-Mu, dan dosa kami yang tersembunyi dalam cahaya wajah-Mu.
Mzm 90:9 Sungguh, segala hari kami berlalu karena gemas-Mu, kami menghabiskan tahun-tahun kami seperti keluh.
Mzm 90:10 Masa hidup kami tujuh puluh tahun dan jika kami kuat, delapan puluh tahun, dan kebanggaannya adalah kesukaran dan penderitaan; sebab berlalunya buru-buru, dan kami melayang lenyap.
Mzm 90:11 Siapakah yang mengenal kekuatan murka-Mu dan takut kepada gemas-Mu?
Mzm 90:12 Ajarlah kami menghitung hari-hari kami sedemikian, hingga kami beroleh hati yang bijaksana.
Mzm 90:13 Kembalilah, ya TUHAN--berapa lama lagi? --dan sayangilah hamba-hamba-Mu!
Mzm 90:14 Kenyangkanlah kami di waktu pagi dengan kasih setia-Mu, supaya kami bersorak-sorai dan bersukacita semasa hari-hari kami.
Mzm 90:15 Buatlah kami bersukacita seimbang dengan hari-hari Engkau menindas kami, seimbang dengan tahun-tahun kami mengalami celaka.
Mzm 90:16 Biarlah kelihatan kepada hamba-hamba-Mu perbuatan-Mu, dan semarak-Mu kepada anak-anak mereka.
Mzm 90:17 Kiranya kemurahan Tuhan, Allah kami, atas kami, dan teguhkanlah perbuatan tangan kami, ya, perbuatan tangan kami, teguhkanlah itu.
Ps 90:1 Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
Ps 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Ps 90:3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
Ps 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Ps 90:5 Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
Ps 90:6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
Ps 90:7 For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
Ps 90:8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
Ps 90:9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
Ps 90:10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
Ps 90:11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
Ps 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
Ps 90:13 Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
Ps 90:14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Ps 90:15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
Ps 90:16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
Ps 90:17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
