Yer 27:1 Pada permulaan pemerintahan Zedekia, anak Yosia raja Yehuda, datanglah firman ini dari TUHAN kepada Yeremia.
Yer 27:2 Beginilah firman TUHAN kepadaku: "Buatlah tali pengikat dan gandar, lalu pasanglah itu pada tengkukmu!
Yer 27:3 Kemudian kirimlah pesan kepada raja Edom, kepada raja Moab, kepada raja bani Amon, kepada raja Tirus dan kepada raja Sidon, dengan perantaraan utusan-utusan yang telah datang ke Yerusalem menghadap Zedekia, raja Yehuda.
Yer 27:4 Perintahkanlah mereka mengatakan kepada tuan-tuan mereka: Beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel: Beginilah harus kamu katakan kepada tuan-tuanmu:
Yer 27:5 Akulah yang menjadikan bumi, manusia dan hewan yang ada di atas muka bumi dengan kekuatan-Ku yang besar dan dengan lengan-Ku yang terentang, dan Aku memberikannya kepada orang yang benar di mata-Ku.
Yer 27:6 Dan sekarang, Aku menyerahkan segala negeri ini ke dalam tangan hamba-Ku, yakni Nebukadnezar, raja Babel; juga binatang di padang telah Kuserahkan supaya tunduk kepadanya.
Yer 27:7 Segala bangsa akan takluk kepadanya dan kepada anaknya dan kepada cucunya, sampai saatnya juga tiba bagi negerinya sendiri, maka banyak bangsa dan raja-raja yang besar akan menaklukkannya.
Yer 27:8 Tetapi bangsa dan kerajaan yang tidak mau takluk kepada Nebukadnezar, raja Babel, dan yang tidak mau menyerahkan tengkuknya ke bawah kuk raja Babel, maka bangsa itu akan Kuhukum dengan pedang, kelaparan dan penyakit sampar, demikianlah firman TUHAN, sampai mereka Kuserahkan ke dalam tangannya.
Yer 27:9 Mengenai kamu, janganlah kamu mendengarkan nabi-nabimu, juru-juru tenungmu, juru-juru mimpimu, tukang-tukang ramalmu dan tukang-tukang sihirmu yang berkata kepadamu: Janganlah kamu mau takluk kepada raja Babel!
Yer 27:10 Sebab mereka bernubuat palsu kepadamu dengan maksud menjauhkan kamu dari atas tanahmu, sehingga kamu Kuceraiberaikan dan menjadi binasa.
Yer 27:11 Tetapi bangsa yang mau menaruh tengkuknya ke bawah kuk raja Babel dan yang takluk kepadanya, maka mereka akan Kubiarkan di atas tanahnya, demikianlah firman TUHAN, dan mereka akan mengolahnya dan diam di sana."
Yer 27:12 Kepada Zedekia, raja Yehuda, aku telah berbicara dengan cara yang sama, kataku: "Taruhlah tengkukmu ke bawah kuk raja negeri Babel, takluklah kepadanya dan kepada rakyatnya, maka kamu akan hidup.
Yer 27:13 Mengapa engkau beserta rakyatmu harus mati oleh pedang, kelaparan dan penyakit sampar seperti yang difirmankan TUHAN tentang bangsa yang tidak mau takluk kepada raja Babel itu?
Yer 27:14 Janganlah dengarkan perkataan nabi-nabi yang berkata kepadamu: Janganlah kamu mau takluk kepada raja Babel! Sebab mereka bernubuat palsu kepadamu.
Yer 27:15 Sebab Aku tidak mengutus mereka, demikianlah firman TUHAN, tetapi mereka bernubuat palsu demi nama-Ku, sehingga kamu Kuceraiberaikan dan menjadi binasa bersama-sama dengan nabi-nabi yang bernubuat kepadamu itu."
Yer 27:16 Juga kepada imam-imam dan kepada seluruh rakyat itu aku berbicara, kataku: "Beginilah firman TUHAN: Janganlah dengarkan perkataan nabi-nabimu yang bernubuat kepadamu: Sesungguhnya, perkakas-perkakas rumah TUHAN tidak berapa lama lagi akan dibawa kembali dari Babel! Sebab mereka bernubuat palsu kepadamu.
Yer 27:17 Janganlah kamu mendengarkan mereka, takluklah kepada raja Babel, maka kamu akan hidup. Mengapa kota ini harus menjadi reruntuhan?
Yer 27:18 Jika memang mereka itu nabi dan jika ada firman TUHAN pada mereka, baiklah mereka mendesak kepada TUHAN semesta alam, supaya perkakas-perkakas yang masih tinggal dalam rumah TUHAN dan dalam istana raja Yehuda dan di Yerusalem itu jangan diangkut ke Babel.
Yer 27:19 Sebab beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam tentang tiang-tiang, bejana 'laut' dan galang, tentang sisa perkakas-perkakas yang masih tinggal di kota ini,
Yer 27:20 yang tidak diambil oleh Nebukadnezar, raja Babel, ketika ia mengangkut Yekhonya bin Yoyakim, raja Yehuda, ke dalam pembuangan beserta segala pemuka Yehuda dan Yerusalem, dari Yerusalem ke Babel, --
Yer 27:21 sungguh, beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel, tentang perkakas-perkakas yang masih tinggal itu di rumah TUHAN dan di istana raja Yehuda dan di Yerusalem:
Yer 27:22 Semuanya akan diangkut ke Babel dan akan tinggal di sana sampai kepada hari Aku memperhatikannya lagi, demikianlah firman TUHAN, lalu membawanya kembali ke tempat ini."
Jer 27:1 In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
Jer 27:2 Thus saith the LORD to me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon thy neck,
Jer 27:3 And send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah;
Jer 27:4 And command them to say unto their masters, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say unto your masters;
Jer 27:5 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.
Jer 27:6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.
Jer 27:7 And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the very time of his land come: and then many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of him.
Jer 27:8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.
Jer 27:9 Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:
Jer 27:10 For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish.
Jer 27:11 But the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, saith the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.
Jer 27:12 I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.
Jer 27:13 Why will ye die, thou and thy people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD hath spoken against the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?
Jer 27:14 Therefore hearken not unto the words of the prophets that speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.
Jer 27:15 For I have not sent them, saith the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that ye might perish, ye, and the prophets that prophesy unto you.
Jer 27:16 Also I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the vessels of the LORD's house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.
Jer 27:17 Hearken not unto them; serve the king of Babylon, and live: wherefore should this city be laid waste?
Jer 27:18 But if they be prophets, and if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon.
Jer 27:19 For thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city.
Jer 27:20 Which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem;
Jer 27:21 Yea, thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem;
Jer 27:22 They shall be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until the day that I visit them, saith the LORD; then will I bring them up, and restore them to this place.
