  1. Istana dan rumah tangga Daud

    2Sam. 5:11-16·1Taw. 3:5-9
  2. 1tawarikh 14:1 Hiram, raja negeri Tirus, mengirim utusan kepada Daud dan kayu aras, tukang-tukang batu dan tukang-tukang kayu untuk mendirikan sebuah istana baginya.
  3. 1tawarikh 14:2 Lalu tahulah Daud, bahwa TUHAN telah menegakkan dia sebagai raja atas Israel, sebab martabat pemerintahannya terangkat tinggi oleh karena Israel umat-Nya.
  4. 1tawarikh 14:3 Daud mengambil lagi beberapa isteri di Yerusalem, dan ia memperanakkan lagi anak-anak lelaki dan perempuan.
  5. 1tawarikh 14:4 Inilah nama anak-anak yang lahir bagi dia di Yerusalem: Syamua, Sobab, Natan, Salomo,
  6. 1tawarikh 14:5 Yibhar, Elisua, Elpelet,
  7. 1tawarikh 14:6 Nogah, Nefeg, Yafia,
  8. 1tawarikh 14:7 Elisama, Beelyada dan Elifelet.

  9. Daud memukul kalah orang Filistin

    2Sam. 5:17-25
  10. 1tawarikh 14:8 Ketika didengar orang Filistin, bahwa Daud telah diurapi menjadi raja atas seluruh Israel, maka majulah semua orang Filistin untuk menangkap Daud. Tetapi Daud mendengar hal itu, lalu majulah ia menghadapi mereka.
  11. 1tawarikh 14:9 Ketika orang Filistin itu datang dan mengadakan penyerbuan di lembah Refaim,
  12. 1tawarikh 14:10 bertanyalah Daud kepada Allah: "Apakah aku harus maju melawan orang Filistin itu dan akan Kauserahkankah mereka ke dalam tanganku?" TUHAN menjawab: "Majulah, Aku akan menyerahkan mereka ke dalam tanganmu."
  13. 1tawarikh 14:11 Lalu majulah ia ke Baal-Perasim, dan Daud memukul mereka kalah di sana. Berkatalah Daud: "Allah telah menerobos musuhku dengan perantaraanku seperti air menerobos." Sebab itu orang menamakan tempat itu Baal-Perasim.
  14. 1tawarikh 14:12 Orang Filistin itu meninggalkan para allahnya di sana, lalu orang Israel membakarnya habis atas perintah Daud.
  15. 1tawarikh 14:13 Ketika orang Filistin menyerbu sekali lagi di lembah itu,
  16. 1tawarikh 14:14 maka bertanyalah lagi Daud kepada Allah, lalu Allah menjawab: "Janganlah maju di belakang mereka, tetapi buatlah gerakan lingkaran terhadap mereka, sehingga engkau dapat menyerang mereka dari jurusan pohon-pohon kertau.
  17. 1tawarikh 14:15 Dan bila engkau mendengar bunyi derap langkah di puncak pohon-pohon kertau itu, maka haruslah engkau keluar bertempur, sebab Allah telah keluar berperang di depanmu untuk memukul kalah tentara orang Filistin."
  18. 1tawarikh 14:16 Dan Daud berbuat seperti yang diperintahkan Allah kepadanya, maka mereka memukul kalah tentara orang Filistin, mulai dari Gibeon sampai Gezer.
  19. 1tawarikh 14:17 Lalu termasyhurlah nama Daud di segala negeri, dan TUHAN mendatangkan rasa takut kepadanya atas segala bangsa.
  1. 1chron 14:1 Now Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and timber of cedars, with masons and carpenters, to build him an house.
  2. 1chron 14:2 And David perceived that the LORD had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel.
  3. 1chron 14:3 And David took more wives at Jerusalem: and David begat more sons and daughters.
  4. 1chron 14:4 Now these are the names of his children which he had in Jerusalem; Shammua, and Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon,
  5. 1chron 14:5 And Ibhar, and Elishua, and Elpalet,
  6. 1chron 14:6 And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
  7. 1chron 14:7 And Elishama, and Beeliada, and Eliphalet.
  8. 1chron 14:8 And when the Philistines heard that David was anointed king over all Israel, all the Philistines went up to seek David. And David heard of it, and went out against them.
  9. 1chron 14:9 And the Philistines came and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.
  10. 1chron 14:10 And David inquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? And wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them into thine hand.
  11. 1chron 14:11 So they came up to Baalperazim; and David smote them there. Then David said, God hath broken in upon mine enemies by mine hand like the breaking forth of waters: therefore they called the name of that place Baalperazim.
  12. 1chron 14:12 And when they had left their gods there, David gave a commandment, and they were burned with fire.
  13. 1chron 14:13 And the Philistines yet again spread themselves abroad in the valley.
  14. 1chron 14:14 Therefore David inquired again of God; and God said unto him, Go not up after them; turn away from them, and come upon them over against the mulberry trees.
  15. 1chron 14:15 And it shall be, when thou shalt hear a sound of going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt go out to battle: for God is gone forth before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.
  16. 1chron 14:16 David therefore did as God commanded him: and they smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer.
  17. 1chron 14:17 And the fame of David went out into all lands; and the LORD brought the fear of him upon all nations.
