PACKAGING VS. CONTENT

The early church community that likes to share with one another (4: 32-35). This is one of the effects of the preaching of the Apostles about the risen Christ. With joy they offered their wealth to the Church, rather than on the basis of religious law but rather by love. At that time the Church was praised God for the pem (tuas). of Barnabas (4: 36-37). Apparently the devil doesn't like with that kind of situation of the Church.
Of Ananias and Safira do the same thing as Barnabas (5: 1-2). Rebuke Peter indicates the motive to envy in action, the couple sold the land and gave the sacrifice (verse 3). They are not just "withhold a portion of the proceeds of land" but also posing as Barnabas, as if presenting it entirely. Providing they are not sincere and based on mutual love. They want to seem pious like Barnabas, praised and honored the Congregation, but a sneaky way. Of course they are dismantled easily consumable by the hypocrisy of the Holy Spirit, and they should receive the reward. These events make the Church undaunted and learned that tempt God's punishment of death! (paragraph 5b and 11).
It looks godly not wrong. Godliness is a means of testimony. However, if a person represents piety piety we see real before God? Our reputation is built with the ways that right? Today we live and serve in the midst of people who adore the packaging and less appreciative of the contents. However, as those who have been redeemed from sin, we must have the packaging and contents of the living in harmony. Because God knows what is hidden at the bottom of the heart.
