FRUITFUL LIFE

Read: JOHN 15:1-8

Bible in a year: Acts 18-20

Producing shoes and sandals from leather by herself, equipped with her sewing skills and savings from her work, a mother then invited 25 of her former colleagues at the factory who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic to join entrepreneurship. She even helped them to obtain capital through a joint loan system and ensured that their installments ran smoothly. The sewing products continued to develop and could prosper everyone.

Living centered on ourselves does not glorify God. Even if we can grasp the whole world, our days will feel dry and meaningless. When we live in the Lord, we will always be motivated to be meaningful for Him and others so that there is no emptiness that envelops us and our lives continue to bear fruit. We should realize that our lives are not solely for the pursuit of our personal ambitions, but we who find our role in this world by drawing near to Him will focus on working for the Lord with the best abilities we have.

Have we surrendered our entire lives into the hands of the Lord so that through us, He can work extraordinarily to make the world a better place? Realize that our selfishness will not satisfy our souls. Only by always walking with the Lord will our lives be meaningful.
