By God's grace we have received this service. Therefore, we are not discouraged (2 Corinthians 4: 1)

Bible in a year: Joshua 1-4

Have you seen or at least imagine the joy of a job applicant when he declared acceptable? He felt very fortunate and grateful to those who will determine the fate of the good. He must have felt indebted to the giver of the job. In service, have we thought of who's the boss and who become "applicants service"?
Given the background of the life of Paul dark, getting a pardon for all his sins alone is already a great grace. But more than that, he is believed to be a colleague of God for the great work and importance. He later became a very enterprising and Apostle militants because he didn't want to waste the opportunity. He realized, as the former seteru of God, to apply for the service and ask for begging is believed, he actually didn't deserve. If he earns more than that, isn't that it's because of the mercy and grace of God's ownership of the service?
Sadarkah us, often we behave like bosses and treat God as "employment"? Often we feel "helped" God and planting services when we decided to serve. Maybe we feel if we said "Yes" then God would be very grateful for the decision. This is a concept that is not worth to God. Realized, if we are given the opportunity to serve in whatever form, that's because compassion and mercy of God. Syukurilah special opportunities and benefits those with responsibility for his grace.
