WHAT KIND OF FAITH?

I have ever received a very impressive SMS prayer. However, there is a note below. SMS should be forwarded to at least 12 people then God's blessing is pronounced. If not, woe to be harvested. The spread of SMS it shows a lot of people believe it. What the hell is "believed" the sender of this SMS? God will answer prayer with bribes 12 SMS?

Prayer had to be based on faith. However, what kind of faith? James gives the example shown Elijah faith (verses 17-18). Elijah knew that he prayed to God the Creator of the universe who hold power, and sends rain. Elijah also believe God pleased with his prayer, because what he asked to declare the truth of God to the people of his time (see 1 Kings 16-17). The knowledge of God which makes us sensitive to what pleases and displeases Him so that we can pray with confidence. In recognition of God's holy will, James also reminds us to confess our sins (verse 16). God's grace alone that enables us who do not deserve to be the people's "right" before Him.

Let's examine ourselves today. Belief as to what underlies our prayers? God is not a machine to pour out a blessing or make the damned, according to the business and our will. The more we know Him, the more we can pray with confidence in any situation. Elijah has proven him. James mengaminkannya. Prayer of a righteous, if prayed confidently, powerfully effective.
