A bleak future often depicted as a dark hallway that seemed endless. Without the belief that at the end of the hallway there is a bright spot, very few people who can survive through the "dark alley" this. Just hope that the future will be better than the present to evoke the spirit of life.

Isaiah's prophecy is also present and a hope: "depleted darkest before the dawn". Economically, the nation of Israel rejoiced because regardless of the punishment of God and feel the joy of a bountiful harvest. Politically, they are no longer threatened by the superpowers. However, this more true prophecy points to a more glorious future, when the Messiah, a descendant of David, was present in the history of Israel and the world stage. He will bring recovery. And, not just economic and political recovery. Just look at his titles: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (paragraph 5). With His greatness, He will establish God's kingdom on earth! And His eternal kingdom will produce justice, righteousness, and peace for all its inhabitants.

First, when we are bound in sin, our lives have no hope because there is in the shadow of a just God's punishment. But now and then, birth, death and resurrection broke the shackles of sin so that we are truly set free by Christ.
