Quality products are produced from tested selections. There are standardizations that must be met so that the product passes the test. Even the screening can be done repeatedly, not just once. Not only for goods, this also applies to human resources.
When Jesus openly taught about the bread of life, the Jews grumbled. They were fixated on worldly matters so they could not see that Jesus' miracles were gifts from God. Jesus' statements about Himself coming from heaven, and when Jesus further asserted His divine authority far beyond the prophets, raised objections among religious leaders. How could Jesus be from heaven if they even knew his parents? Moreover, Jesus stated that His death would have an effect on the whole world, even giving salvation to those who receive Him. As a result, many disciples (besides the twelve disciples) withdrew, no longer following Him.
Like products in a feasibility test, followers of Jesus who are eliminated are those who only view Jesus in terms of the physical. People of this type do not meet the eligibility standards for the kingdom of heaven. On the other hand, those who believe in Jesus in the sovereignty of the Father will be accredited. Those who receive the Father's grace and accept His teachings humbly are the ones worthy of testing and will enjoy true salvation.

BEING FAITHFUL IN HIS WORD MAKES US ACCREDITED. WHILE LIVING ACCORDING TO OUR OWN UNDERSTANDING MAKES US ELIMINATED.
