THE BREATH OF GOD

Did you know that the Bible we have today is a collection of 66 books, consisting of more than 30 thousand verses, written in three languages, by 40 different people, in less time over 1500 years? Most writers do not know each other because life in the past and different places. They also have a background that is very diverse, ranging from the common people until a King. Nevertheless, his writings are in tune with each other continuously, in line without conflicting.
Actually is the secret? There is one private, i.e. God, who inspired or inspiration for all the writers of the Bible (verse 16a). The words "given by inspiration of God" comes from the word Theopneustos, which means "God's menapaskan". Portrayed as a blow the flute, her breathing exhaled into the flute to produce beautiful tones. The flute will not produce any sound if nothing is blowing out. God give revelation to writers to convey the contents of his heart to men. The Bible can lead the reader to believe in Christ who gives Personal safety (paragraph 15). His writings teach and transform us to live in the path of truth (verse 16). All his word equip each of us for every good work (v. 16-17).
