In the business world there is the proverbial "High risk high gain", greater the risk taken, counting all results obtained. In decision-making, there are people who type "risk takers" [risk takers], there is also a "safety player" [players secure]. The same apparently found also in declared faith. No vote to play safe, but some are willing to take the risk.
Joseph of Arimatea including believers who dare to take risks. Watch what he did: he took care of everything so that Jesus received a proper burial (verses 52-53). Prior to this event, the name Joseph of Arimatea was never mentioned, let alone declared se-as followers of Christ. He is a member of the great Assembly (paragraph 50), the Director behind the drama of the crucifixion of Jesus. Contrary to the ruling of the Tribunal which made Jesus appear as a villain, Joseph treat Jesus as a person. His actions show of faith, love, and Jesus in the midst of alignments in the community who hates him. Don't risk damaging your reputation and it reinstated?
Viewed from the overall story, the role of Joseph of Arimatea seem small and simple. However, his attitude with bandingkanlah pupils are thus hiding for fear of di-sangkutpautkan with Jesus (cf. Matthew 26: 56). Faith makes Joseph risk-taking in the Act. If our faith makes us have to risk your good name, self esteem, ja-batan, even our lives, dare we take a stance like Jesus ' disciples?
