Read: Matthew 13:24-30,36-43
The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. (Matthew 13:41)
Bible in a year: Exodus 33-35
When following the news and watched the events of each day, we find the presence and destructive power of evil is so rampant. We ask, "How could a good and powerful God allow evil?" If God is good, He wants to defeat evil. If the Lord Almighty, He can defeat evil. But evil still exists everywhere. Rabbi Harold Kushner concluded in his best-selling book When Bad Things Happen to Good People: God wants humans to be happy, but sometimes he is not powerful enough to bring the good things which He wanted.
Limited view of God fail to understand that God has not completed action on crime. Jesus explains this truth through a simple parable of the tares among the wheat (verses 24-30). Jesus used this parable to explain how the crime will still be there before the end of time, but time will come where all the crime and the perpetrators be punished in kind (verse 40-42). God's truth will be established over all creation.
Benevolent and omnipotent God. The fact that God has not cut off the current crime does not mean he will not eliminate in the future. He can and will do so, in his time and wisdom (see also 2 Peter 3:7-12). What we think about God when I saw or experienced bad things in life? Let's renew hope, respect, and submission to Him, God is truly benevolent and omnipotent. - JOO
Crime does not change the fact that God-almighty benevolent He'll take care of it at the right time
