So, everyone who heard my words and do it, it's the same man wise, who founded his house on a rock. (Matthew 7: 24)

Bacaan tahunan: 2 Kings 5-8

As a teacher or Herald of the word, I often feel satisfied and pleased when finding people who are enthusiastic in learning the word of God. When the sermon ends or small group I'm pimpin closed with prayer, it feels selesailah tasks with regard to the word. The congregations or members of an kelompokpun rarely feel have completed the most important part of the day, i.e. a listener or learner's Word is excellent.
However, the definition of parable Jesus shocking. It turned out to listen to the word, even though it may be very enthusiastic is not a matter of the most decisive. Berkegiatan around the Word doesn't automatically make someone's life to be steadfast. This is as good as people are still stupid because it definitely deserved his life called would be ravaged face the storms of life. What is the reason? As the foundation stones of nan stout was built not only to listen, but also doing the word of God. The Foundation was finally visible difference when both houses in perumpanaan that were faced with severe challenges. One collapsed and more sturdy remains. It is clear, be listeners and doers are two very different things and will cause a big difference.
We need to be watchful for we may feel quite proud and secure with building our lives. We feel have a sturdy Foundation because maybe we can still come into contact with the word regularly. However, what we learned we need to restore the behavior of sesehari. Every truth we should change a behavior that looks. How much we already do? --PBS
