Have you ever heard the term disaster risk Reduction Programme (PRB) is more popularly called Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)? This Program mapping out levels of vulnerability and insecurity a region to disasters, as well as capacity and resource support which can be used to act before, during, and after the disaster occurs. Generally, the number of victims and the extent of the damage which does not need to be reduced if compared with no preparation at all.
